Please read this agreement carefully, before accessing or using the Service, If you do not accept the terms and conditions expressed here, do not use this web site or the service. By using this web site and or the service, you expressly agree to be bound by the terms and Conditions set forth herein without limitation or qualification and you acknowledge that any other agreements between you and Airport By Appointment are superseded and of no force or effect.
All content in the AirportByAppointment.com Website (the "Site") is intended only for residents of the United States. Airport By Appointment maintains the Site for your personal use and information.
Waiting Time (Apply only for point to point service)
Clients are granted a 45 (Forty-Five) minute grace period after the reported domestic flight arrival time and a 90 (Ninety) minute grace period after the reported international flight arrival time. A No-Show Fee will be assessed 75 minutes after reported domestic arrival. A No-Show Fee will be assessed 2 hours after reported international arrival. For all other pick ups, a fifteen (15) minute grace period is granted. Once the grace period has elapsed, waiting time is charged at the rate of $10.00 per 15 minute increment. In order to avoid a No-Show Fee or excessive wait time charge contact Airport By Appointment before the allotted times have expired.
All Cancellations
All cancellations must be sent via e-mail to: info@airportbyappointment.com, AirportByAppointment.com will reply to you with a cancellation notification e-mail. Please save this e-mail for future reference as timely proof of your cancellation.
we do not accept phone cancellations. The date and time the cancellation notice is received by Airport By Appointment will determine the applicable cancellation fee. it would be advisable to follow up with a phone call. We do not take any responsibility for cancellation fees resulting from mistakes, the weather, family emergencies, double booking or wrong dates or information.
CANCELLATIONS
All cancellation requires Twelve (12) hour notice for cancellation of scheduled early morning pick-ups (before 6AM) and late night pick-ups (after 10PM) and 3 (three) hours notice for for all other pick-ups. Any cancellation made 3 (three) hours or less before the scheduled pick up time will be charged the full rate of the trip.
CANCELLATIONS or REFUNDS (GOOGLE CHECKOUT)
All cancellations and refunds, that have been pre-paid via Google Checkout, are subject to a 2% cancellation fee, regardless to when the cancellation is made in reference to the time of the actual reservation.
Stretch Limousine Cancellations (also Applies to Van & Vehicles booked for Charter Service)
A nonrefundable deposit of 30% will be charged at the time of booking. Cancellations within 4 Days of scheduled pickup time forfeit 100% of the total bill plus 20% service fee. Charge backs from credit card issuing banks are subject to the above policies.
Prom Package Cancellations (Applies to all Vehicles)
All Prom Package Deals are 100% Non-Refundable from the date and time that the booking is made, whether or not the service is used.

Please remember to turn on your Cell Phone. Passengers should look for signs directing them to the baggage claim area in the "T" Terminal, which will bring you to the Limousine Driver waiting area, which is immediately in front of the entrance to the baggage claim carousel area.
Standard Pick-Up Procedures
Please remember to turn on your Cell Phone. Passengers should look for signs directing them to the DELTA baggage claim area in the "T" Terminal, Proceed to DELTA Baggage claim number 5 (Five), Directly behind DELTA Baggage claim number 5 (Five) there is a DOWN escalator. Please take this DOWN escalator and proceed outside this is where you will be picked up.
No-Show Fee
A no-show fee equal to the trip cost plus 20% Service charge plus applicable waiting time will be charged when the passenger fails to show at the designated location. In order to avoid this charge, passengers should not leave designated locations without notifying AirportByAppointment.com.
Surcharges
- $10.00 Early Morning surcharge for service scheduled Before 6:00 am or after 12:00 midnight.
- All out-of-pocket charges, including two-way tolls, parking, airport fees will be billed to customer.
- Stops are $7.00 each for in route stops, apply only to Sedan/SUV flat rates (Point to Point Sedan).
Holiday surcharge $20.00 for service scheduled: Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, and after 5:00 p.m. Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.

Methods of Payment
We accept cash and most major credit cards, AMEX, Master Card, Visa, and Discover cards.
Passenger must have the same credit card used for reservation at the time of service so driver can make imprint of it.
If same credit card is not available at pickup & a second card is presented a Refund/Charge 10% surcharge will apply.
Hourly Rates
Hourly rates are Billed from the time the driver arrives at designated or scheduled pick up address, until the time of return to designated or scheduled drop address. Fractions of an hour are charges at a half-hour rate.
We reserve the right
Airport By Appointment reserves the right to cancel any Service without Refund, If the Operator or the Office feels that the Renter/Party of the Renter is putting the Operator or The Mode of Transportation or The Renter/Party of the Renter in danger of Injury. Or if the Renter/Party of the Renter is in the possession of any Illegal Material or Substance, this service will be canceled without refund. This is without exception.
Electronic Communications
When you visit AirportByAppointment.com or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Other
Airport By Appointment shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control including weather, traffic conditions, road conditions and breakdowns. Airport By Appointment reserves the right to substitute the requested vehicle (ie. sedan/limousine) or the color of the vehicle at its own discretion. Airport By Appointment assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged baggage or personal belongings, nor for any items left in the vehicle.

Use of the AirportByAppointment.com ("airportbyappointment.com") web site at http://www.airportbyappointment.com (collectively, the "Web Site") and the on-line reservation services (the "Services") provided by Airport By Appointment are subject to the terms and conditions of use set forth below ("Terms of Use"), which include the Privacy Policy set forth at Airport By Appointment /privacy and incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference. Please read these terms of use carefully before using the web site or the services. By using the web site or the services, You agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms of use, do not use the web site or the services. Renter/Client accepts all the above terms and conditions and all responsibility for any and all Damages caused by Client or Their Party plus all downtime for Repairs, without exception. A $300.00 fee will be charged if a passenger gets sick in a mode of transportation or caused any Damage to Airport By Appointment car or cars of any agents and/or affiliates of Airport By Appointment it’s content plus all downtime till back in service.
TRADEMARKS. Airport By Appointment and other marks indicated on this site are registered trademarks of Airport By Appointment and other all graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names are trademarks or trade dress of Airport By Appointment. Airport By Appointment trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not offered Airport By Appointment or this website, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Airport By Appointment. All other trademarks not owned by Airport By Appointment. that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by Airport By Appointment.
